A car park is often the first impression of a business or community building. This one was resurfaced in fresh tarmac and finished with clear markings so visitors know exactly where to park.
Starting point
The site needed a hard wearing surface for regular traffic, with organised bays and an accessible space close to the building.
What we did
We prepared a firm base across the whole area and laid new tarmac, rolled to a smooth, even finish. Once it had cured, the surface was marked out with white bay lines and a yellow disabled bay.
- Base preparation across the full car park
- New tarmac laid and rolled
- White parking bay lines
- A marked disabled bay near the building
Finished result
Crisp lines on a smooth black surface make the car park easy to use and tidy to look at, with new timber gates finishing the entrance.
